Ironman and Ironman 70.3 Training Plans
Gold Plan
You have long term, hefty goals and are committed to becoming the best athlete you can be. You want a hands-on, one-on-one coach that motivates you and keeps you accountable.
We set up a High Level Training Plan which we’ll use to remind ourselves of the “big picture” when training ramps up;
We look at your work/life balance to mold your training around your life, not the other way around;
I design individualized training sessions in TrainingPeaks Premium* in 2 to 3 week increments;
I help you pick an A race if you don’t have one already, and we look at other races to use as builds;
Life happens so I will adjust your training as necessary;
I am also just a phone call or text away;
We will do metabolic tests (🚴 , 🏃♂️) to determine your unique training zones;
We’ll go into races with a specific (and written!) plan so that you know what to do on race day;
In-training and race Nutrition plan / recommendations;
Equipment recommendation if/when needed;

You are fully committed, but you are not sure if you are in it long term.
You want a hands-on, one-on-one coach that motivates you, can optimize my training, and keeps you accountable.
TrainingPeaks Premium account included (if you don’t already have one);
3 months minimum, and up to 12 months (if you have a really big goal to smash 👊 );
We look at your work/life balance to mold your training around your life, not the other way around;

Life happens so I will adjust your training up to twice a month;
Always available to answer texts and comments on TrainingPeaks;
One phone call a month to make sure we are in sync before setting your training for the next block!
