Single Race Plan
Triathlon: starts at $600
Running: starts at $400
A focused coaching engagement built around one target race. Ideal if you want expert guidance for a specific event but aren’t ready for ongoing monthly coaching. Includes a tailored 12– week (minimum) plan in TrainingPeaks, race-day strategy, and check-in calls throughout the build.
Not Included but Required for All Plans
A power meter (triathletes)
Outside of the obvious equipment (running shoes, run gear, bike, swim gear), athletes will need:
A GPS sports watch
Access to a pool (triathletes)
Metabolic Testing (I will walk you through it. It’s EASY!)
